01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Nk99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. The KYC process involves submitting your identification card, proof of address, and other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Each user is permitted to hold only one nk99 account. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all related accounts and cancellation of all outstanding balances and unclaimed wins.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Nk99 supports multiple payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system.

Deposit: All successful deposits will be credited to your nk99 account balance instantly. If there is any delay, please contact our support team with proof of payment for immediate review.

Withdrawal: Winning withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes to the registered bank account or digital wallet. Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the same name as the nk99 account owner. nk99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Nk99 reserves the right to conduct security checks on any suspicious transactions. In such cases, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending additional identity verification. Any applicable transaction fees will be communicated to you prior to transaction confirmation.

09 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your nk99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Unclaimed balances remaining 12 months after account closure may be subject to our inactive balance cancellation policy.

Nk99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions

• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under nk99's operating license. Any dispute arising from the use of the nk99 platform shall first be resolved through our customer support channels in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with agreed international arbitration procedures.
